The information on this form should match the information we have on file for you. Use the same information that you used when signing up for your Master Licenses for the digital asset.
Make sure that the email you are providing matches the email we have on record. You will get an email from our systems that includes your link and your Customer Link ID. This ID number is important and should be kept up with.
